The Blantyre Sports Club is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources and Administration Manager to take on a key leadership role. This position is central to the club’s success, focusing on spearheading strategic HR initiatives, guaranteeing strict compliance with all Malawi Labor Legislation and internal policies, and cultivating a collaborative, high-performance, and people-centric culture.

The successful candidate will drive talent acquisition, lead employee relations, coordinate Learning & Development programs, and oversee general office administration. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and possess a minimum of five years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a labor-intensive or unionized environment.
