This includes the following:
- Management of staff
- Menu development
- Inventory management

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in hotel and restaurant management or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience at senior level.
- Demonstrated expertise in business analytics, operational efficiency, and revenue optimization.
- Comprehensive understanding of global hospitality standards, fine dining protocols, and elite customer service models.
